La Romana, Dominican Republic (August 1, 2012) – New roads and expressways are soon to open from the Punta Cana area through to Santo Domingo, making travel to Casa de Campo even easier for Canadians. On Wednesday, August 8th, the ribbon will be cut to open the new “Autovia del Coral” – or Coral Highway, making the transfer from the Punta Cana International Airport to Casa de Campo only 45 minutes (45 miles / 73 kms)!
